1.JOB PURPOSE The main purpose of the QC Trainee is responsible for ensuring that the highest standards of quality, safety and hygiene in the production of cakes and bakery items. 2.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

CORE JOB AREA & JOB REPOSIBILITIES

Quality control check

Perform quality control checks on raw materials, in-process products and final oil products.

Laboratory tests

Conduct laboratory tests and other standard analyses

Ensure standards

Ensure all samples are tested according to ISO or other relevant industry standards.

Monitor production

Monitor production processes to identify potential quality issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Maintain reports

Maintain accurate records of inspections,



test results and compliance reports.

3.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor s degree or Master degree in Food Technology or a related field.

2+ years of experience in a QC role.

4.SKILLS / BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES

Excellent analytical skills

Excellent problem-skills

Positive communication and report writing skill

Familiarity with LIMS (laboratory information management systems) is a plus.

Hands-on experience with laboratory instrument

Solid knowledge of ASTM and ISO Standards.
