AIC GGSIPU Foundation is an Atal Incubation Centre established with the support of AIM (Atal Innovation Mission), NITI Aayog, and GGSIP University. The incubator acts as a catalyst for early-stage startups, fostering innovation, entrepreneurship, and commercialization across various technology and business sectors.

We are looking for an energetic, highly organized, and self-driven Program Manager Intern to support the day-to-day operations, startup cohorts, and community initiatives at AIC GGSIPU. In this role, you will work closely with the leadership team to engage with founders, execute incubation programs, host ecosystem events, and maintain startup tracking pipelines. Key Responsibilities

Program Operations: Lead & Coordinate current program bootcamps, workshops, mentor sessions, and pitch days.

Startup Support: Maintain startup pipelines, track portfolio updates, and assist founders.

Community & Outreach: Drive social media,



write newsletters, and engage campus E-Cells.

Admin Support: Assist with NITI Aayog reporting and daily incubation center operations. Requirements

Final-year student or recent graduate (B.Tech / BBA / MBA or equivalent).

Robust written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Google Workspace, MS Office, and basic design tools (Canva).

Active interest in startups, innovation, and community building. Nature of Work

Internship Full time (In-office), for a period of 03 to 06 months. Note - The first month will serve as a training and assessment period (unpaid) to ensure a mutual fit between the intern and the organization. Upon successful completion, interns will be eligible for a monthly stipend of INR 5,000.
