We're looking for a Project Manager who can lead software projects from inception to delivery, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams while maintaining quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of IT Services and SaaS Product projects.

Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, QA, DevOps, and Client Success teams.

Lead Agile ceremonies and monitor project progress.

Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests.

Ensure timely communication with internal stakeholders and clients.

Track project health, budgets, and delivery metrics.

Maintain project documentation and ensure successful project handover.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.





4–8 years of experience managing software development or IT implementation projects.

Robust understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC.

Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, or similar.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a energetic environment.

Preferred

Experience in IT Services, SaaS Products, or Digital Transformation projects.

Exposure to AI, Cloud, APIs, or Enterprise Applications.

PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications are an added advantage.
