IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our Retail Banking team in Punjab, India. As a Relationship Manager-First Wealth Pipeline, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high net worth clients, providing them with personalized financial solutions and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new high net worth clients through various channels such as referrals, networking, and cold calling
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing clients, understanding their financial needs and providing them with customized solutions
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and proactively offer current products and services to clients to deepen their relationship with the bank
Collaborate with other departments within the bank to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients




Stay updated on market trends and changes in financial regulations to provide accurate and timely advice to clients
Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the branch and the bank

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
Proven track record of acquiring and managing high net worth clients
In-depth knowledge of financial products and services, including investments, insurance, and loans
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
