Role Description The Quantity Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Alwar. This position is responsible for monitoring and recording material usage, coordinating with production teams to ensure accurate quantity estimates, and maintaining up-to-date inventory and stock records. The role includes preparing daily and periodic quantity reports, assisting in cost analysis related to materials and packaging, and verifying quantities against purchase orders and delivery notes.

The Quantity

Executive will work closely with procurement, production, and warehouse staff to support effective operations and reduce wastage. The role also involves adhering to company standards, supporting audits,



and escalating discrepancies and risks to management in a timely manner.

Qualifications Candidates should possess solid numerical, analytical, and data-entry skills for accurate quantity tracking and reporting.

Candidates should possess skills in inventory control, stock management, and basic knowledge of packaging materials and production processes.

Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with production, warehouse, and procurement teams.

Relevant experience in manufacturing, packaging, or a similar industry, preferably in a quantity, store, or operations role.

Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., spreadsheets, inventory or ERP systems) and comfort with learning new tools.

Minimum educational qualification of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in commerce, engineering, supply chain, or a related field.

Attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to workplace safety and compliance with company policies.
