Job Summary

Position: Psychologist We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Psychologist to join a multidisciplinary research team working on a longitudinal pregnancy and child cohort study. The successful candidate will play a key role in assessing child neurodevelopment, cognition, behaviour, and socio-emotional development using standardized assessment tools.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct neurodevelopmental, cognitive, behavioural, and psychological assessments in children across different age groups.
Administer and score standardized developmental and behavioural assessment instruments.
Interact with children and families in a sensitive, child-friendly, and culturally appropriate manner.
Maintain accurate research documentation and ensure high-quality data collection.
Work collaboratively with paediatricians, obstetricians, public health researchers, and other members of the study team.
Participate in research meetings, data interpretation, manuscript preparation, and dissemination of findings.

Essential Qualifications
Masters degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counselling, Child, or Applied Psychology) from a recognized institution.
Experience in developmental, cognitive, or behavioural assessment of children.




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary research team.

Desirable Qualifications
M.A or MSc in Psychology or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in clinical or research settings involving children.
Familiarity with standardized neurodevelopmental assessment tools.
Experience in longitudinal cohort studies or public health research.
Interest in scientific writing and publication.
