Job Responsibilities
Test Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies based on project requirements and specifications. Execute test cases, both manually and through automation, to validate software functionality, performance, and usability.
Defect Management: Identify, document, and track software defects using the designated bug tracking system. Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution and validation of reported defects.
Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to verify bug fixes and validate current features without adverse impacts on existing functionality.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a common understanding of quality goals and project objectives.
Provide explicit and concise status reports on testing progress, issues, and overall quality to stakeholders.
Skills
Knowledge project exposure on Postman API, Automation Testing, Cucumber Framework, Rest Assured, Manual Testing
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
1.5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and CI/CD is a plus.
