We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Hospital Administration Trainee to join our healthcare team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates interested in gaining hands-on experience in hospital operations, patient coordination, and administrative management.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in daily hospital/clinic administrative operations
Support patient registration, appointment scheduling, and front office management
Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff for smooth workflow
Help in billing, insurance processing, and documentation
Monitor inventory and assist in stock management
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations
Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Business Administration or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hospital software is a plus)
Ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced environment
Valuable organizational and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Internship or prior experience in hospital/clinic settings
Knowledge of healthcare operations and patient care processes
