Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and manage software releases across multiple product lines.
Coordinate release activities with development, QA, DevOps, and business teams.
Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth software delivery.
Conduct release readiness reviews before production deployments.
Monitor release quality, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
Maintain release documentation and communicate release status to stakeholders.
Troubleshoot deployment issues and ensure successful production releases.
Drive continuous improvement in the software delivery lifecycle.

Required Skills
68 years of experience in Release Management or DevOps.
Robust understanding of CI/CD processes.
Experience with Azure DevOps.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Git.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Solid leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of SQL.
Experience with JFrog Artifactory.
Experience in Risk Management and Release Governance.
Exposure to the BFSI domain is an added advantage.
Experience optimizing software delivery and release processes.
