Vedantu is looking for a highly organized and execution-driven Program Manager – YouTube to manage end-to-end program execution, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless delivery of YouTube learning initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills while thriving in a fast-paced environment. Tamil fluency is mandatory. Roles & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of YouTube programs and strategic initiatives.

Create and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Academic, Operations, and Support teams.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely execution.

Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.

Analyze data and present insights to leadership for decision-making.





Manage student communications through email, WhatsApp, and other channels.

Coordinate YouTube content launches and communication campaigns.

Improve operational processes, SOPs, and execution workflows.

Ensure high-quality program delivery and an excellent learner experience. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.

2–6 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Operations.

Solid stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello, or ClickUp.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Fluency in Tamil (Read, Write & Speak) is mandatory.

Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office
