Job Title: Automation QA Engineer

Location: Chennai , Tamil , India Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.

Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks.

Execute automated regression, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end test suites.

Perform API automation testing and backend validation.

Validate databases using SQL queries.

Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

Analyze test failures and work closely with developers to resolve issues.

Participate in sprint planning, requirement analysis, and design reviews.

Improve test coverage and reduce manual testing effort.

Create and maintain automation documentation and test reports.

Ensure software quality, stability,



and performance before release.

Required Skills

Robust experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or Appium.

Programming knowledge in JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or Python.

Experience with API testing using Postman, Rest Assured, or similar tools.

Valuable understanding of SQL and database testing.

Experience with Git and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.).

Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Knowledge of performance and security testing is an added advantage.

Excellent analytical and debugging skills.
