Sriman Sai Constructions is looking for a smart, responsible and well-organized Receptionist cum Computer Operator to manage front-office activities and provide day-to-day administrative and computer support.

Role & responsibilities
Welcome clients, customers and visitors professionally and assist with their enquiries.
Maintain visitor records and coordinate appointments and meetings.
Handle basic customer enquiries and route enquiries to the concerned sales or management team.
Perform data entry and regularly update customer, property and office records.
Prepare letters, quotations, reports and other office documents.
Work efficiently with MS Word, MS Excel, Email and Internet applications.
Maintain files, documents and digital records in an organized manner.
Handle printing, scanning, photocopying and document management.
Maintain daily call, enquiry and visitor records.
Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Accounts and Management teams as required.




Maintain the reception/front-office area in a professional and organized manner.
Provide general administrative and computer support to management.
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.

Preferred candidate profile
Qualification: Any Graduate
Valuable computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office, Word and Excel
Good typing and data-entry skills
Valuable communication skills in Telugu and English and Hindi
Skilled appearance and positive attitude
Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills
Ability to multitask and maintain accurate records
Freshers with good communication and computer skills may also apply
