Mandatory Skills

· Hands-on experience with Python Developer.

Essential Skills & Experience
Python (robust) — production-quality Python; able to own a codebase end to end on a small team.
LLM application engineering — hands-on experience building with large language models: prompt engineering, structured/JSON output via tool use / function calling, context-window management for long documents.
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) — chunking strategies, embeddings, vector stores and retrieval evaluation (precision / relevance).




Document processing — parsing and extracting structure from PDFs (e.g. PyMuPDF), handling variable / scanned document quality.
Evaluation mindset — designing metrics and baselines, comparing model output against ground truth, root-cause error analysis.
Working with SMEs — translating domain expert judgement into rules, schemas and acceptance criteria.

Desirable (Nice to Have)
Experience with enterprise LLM platforms.
Workflow / agent orchestration (e.g. LangGraph, state machines, human-in-the-loop patterns).
Experiment tracking (e.g. MLflow).

Responsibilities
Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable
code Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and current functionality enhancements Coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards Support test and deployment of recent products and
features Participate in code reviews.
