Description
This role involves providing support to both the Non-Resident (NR) and High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) segments across all branches within the Zone.
The candidate will be responsible for supporting product training, facilitating client on-boarding, and delivering ongoing assistance to clients, branches, and multiple channels across the NR and HNI portfolios.

Responsibilities
Deliver zone-level NR/HNI business targets across CASA, deposits, investments, fees and forex.
Drive NTB and ETB growth through structured sourcing, referrals, alliances and branch-led initiatives.
Partner with clusters and segments to execute focused growth plans, enable branches with onboarding and deal support, deepen client relationships, enhance wallet share and product penetration, improve portfolio quality, ensure engagement and retention, build team capability through training, and track performance via MIS to meet defined KRAs.

Qualifications

Graduate/ Postgraduate degree / MBA

Min Exp: 5 years

Max Exp: 6 years
