Role Overview The Resource Management Intern will provide operational support to Forge Alumnus programs and initiatives by assisting in the identification, onboarding, and coordination of mentors, advisors, speakers, and judges. The role emphasizes structured resource management, stakeholder coordination, and productive execution of program requirements.

Key Responsibilities 1.

Resource

Identification & Allocation
Assist in sourcing and onboarding mentors, advisors, speakers, and judges for programs and events.
Support allocation of resources in alignment with program needs and schedules.
Database & Resource Tracking - Maintain and update a structured database of industry experts, alumni, and institutional partners.
Track resource availability, engagement history, and utilization for future planning. 3.

Event

Coordination - Support forecasting of resource requirements for upcoming activities.
Coordinate logistics, confirmations, and backup arrangements for sessions and events. 4.

Stakeholder

Support




Provide assistance in liaising with mentors, industry leaders, and academic partners.
Collect and organize stakeholder feedback to enhance resource engagement.
Reporting & Insights - Contribute to the preparation of event-wise resource utilization reports.
Track engagement metrics and provide inputs for strengthening mentor involvement.

Qualification & Skills Education: Pursuing or completed undergraduate/postgraduate degree (preferably in management, operations, or related fields).

Experience: 0–1 year in operations, event coordination, or stakeholder management (internship experience acceptable).
