Role Description

This is a full time on-site role located in Surat for a Sales Business Development professional. The responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to explore new business opportunities, building relationships with clients,



and delivering customized cold-chain solutions. The role also involves delivering exceptional customer service, presenting solutions to potential clients, and maintaining a pipeline of prospects.

The candidate will closely monitor market trends to refine strategies and drive sales growth.

Qualifications
Robust Lead Generation and Market Research skills with a focus on identifying new business opportunities.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to engage with clients and build lasting relationships.
Demonstrated Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and business performance effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM and sales tools for pipeline management is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in sales, business development, or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge of the cold chain, supply chain, or logistics industry is a robust advantage.
