Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of service staff during each shift.
Welcome guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
Explain the menu, recommend dishes, and assist guests in selecting food items.
Take and monitor customer orders to ensure timely and accurate service.
Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure food is served fresh and as per customer requirements.
Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and overall dining area presentation.
Handle guest complaints, feedback, and special requests professionally.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
Train, guide, and motivate stewards and service staff on customer service and operational procedures.
Allocate duties and monitor staff performance during the shift.
Assist in managing reservations, waiting lists, and seating arrangements.




Verify billing accuracy before presenting bills to guests.
Coordinate with the cashier for smooth billing and payment processes.
Monitor stock levels of service items such as cutlery, crockery, tissues, and condiments.
Report maintenance issues and operational concerns to the Restaurant Manager.
Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate daily specials and operational updates.
Ensure opening and closing checklists are completed accurately.
Support promotional activities and suggest ways to improve guest satisfaction and increase sales.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
