Role Description The Receptionist role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. This role involves greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, managing inquiries, and providing a welcoming front-desk experience. The Receptionist will handle appointment scheduling, maintain visitor logs, coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, and support basic administrative and clerical tasks.

The role also includes collaborating with internal teams, assisting with office coordination, and ensuring the reception area remains organized, presentable,



and aligned with the brand’s luxury image.

Qualifications Solid receptionist duties and front desk management skills, including greeting visitors and managing appointments.

Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes professionally.

Solid clerical skills, including basic data entry, record keeping, and handling mail and documentation.

Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Customer service skills to deliver a courteous, responsive, and brand-aligned experience.

Proficiency with office software (e.g., email, calendars, basic MS Office or equivalent).

Ability to maintain a polished, skilled demeanor and represent a luxury furniture brand.

Previous experience in a receptionist or front office role is preferred;

experience in luxury retail or interior design environments is an advantage.

Minimum high school diploma; additional certification in office administration or related fields is beneficial.
