Key Responsibilities
Achieve regional sales targets and business objectives.
Lead, coach, motivate, and monitor the performance of ASMs and Medical Representatives.
Develop and implement regional sales plans to maximize market penetration.
Build and maintain robust relationships with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, distributors, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
Ensure effective execution of product launches, promotional campaigns, CMEs, and doctor engagement programs.
Monitor primary and secondary sales, market trends, competitor activities, and product performance.
Conduct regular field visits, joint working, and performance reviews with the sales team.
Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales professionals.
Manage regional sales budgets, expenses, and reporting.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical promotion practices,



and regulatory requirements.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports and present business reviews to senior management.

Experience
8–12 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Robust network with doctors, hospitals, and distributors in Jharkhand.
Proven record of driving sales growth in the pharmaceutical industry.
Ability to lead large field teams and deliver consistent business results.
Willingness to travel throughout Jharkhand and nearby territories.

Pay: ₹16,033.65 - ₹58,280.04 per month
