Job Summary The Payment Reconciliation Executive is responsible for reconciling customer receipts, vendor payments, bank transactions, and payment gateway settlements with accounting records. The role ensures financial accuracy, identifies discrepancies, investigates unmatched transactions, and supports month-end closing activities.

Key Responsibilities /
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly payment reconciliations.
Reconcile bank statements with ERP/Accounting system records.
Reconcile merchant payments and outstanding balances.
Perform payment gateway reconciliation (e.g., Peach, Maukas, bank account, etc.).




Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies.
Follow up with internal departments, customers, vendors, and banks for pending transactions.
Prepare reconciliation reports and exception reports.
Maintain accurate supporting documentation and audit trails.
Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing.
Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
Support external and internal audits by providing reconciliation records.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
