Department: Sales & Business Development Reporting To: Head of Business Development / CEO Location: As per business requirement

Job Purpose To drive revenue growth by identifying recent business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, leading the sales team, and achieving order booking targets for pharmaceutical and process equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual and quarterly sales targets.

· Identify recent business prospects in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food, and allied industries.

· Generate and qualify leads through customer visits, exhibitions, references, and market intelligence.

· Manage the complete sales cycle: enquiry handling, technical discussions,



proposal submission, negotiation, and order closure.

Key Account Management

· Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.

· Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts.

· Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with projects, service, and manufacturing teams.

Proposal & Commercial Management

· Prepare techno-commercial proposals in coordination with engineering and costing teams.

· Lead price negotiations and contract finalization within approved margins.

· Ensure timely receipt of purchase orders and advance payments.

Team Management

· Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance.

· Set individual targets, review performance, and conduct regular sales reviews.

· Support team members during critical customer meetings and negotiations.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
