About the Role

Blue Tyga is looking for energetic and customer-focused Retail Store Associates to join our recent kiosk at Express Avenue, Chennai. We work with a flat hierarchy where every team member takes ownership of sales, customer experience, store operations, visual merchandising, and inventory.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers and provide an excellent shopping experience.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Maintain product displays and visual merchandising standards.
Manage stock replenishment and inventory.
Handle billing and daily store operations.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-presented.




Work closely with the team to achieve business goals.

Requirements
Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in retail or customer service.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
Well-groomed and willing to learn all aspects of retail operations.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
