IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager-NRI to join our Retail Banking team at our Vadodara branch. As a Relationship Manager-NRI, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients, providing them with exceptional customer service and meeting their banking needs.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with NRI clients, understanding their financial goals and providing them with personalized banking solutions
Meet sales targets by cross-selling and upselling banking products and services to NRI clients
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide financial advice to NRI clients
Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies while handling NRI accounts




Collaborate with other departments and teams to provide a seamless banking experience for NRI clients
Stay updated on market trends and changes in banking regulations related to NRI clients
Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking industry, with a focus on NRI clients
Solid understanding of NRI banking products and services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service
Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance related to NRI clients
Ability to work independently and in a team workplace
Proficiency in MS Office and banking software
