Identify potential customer types to further develop POS business growth (Resellers, Integrators, Corporate Customers)
Increasing the ATV of current customers while attracting current ones.
Develop healthy and practical pipeline for POS/AutoID business in India.
Present sales, revenue and Pipeline reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Attend conferences, Webinars, meetings, and virtual / industry events.
Develop quotations / proposals and tenders
Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close and exceed targets.
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent people management skills
Local market knowledge of Indian market is a must.
Specialized in Point Of Sale (POS) and Auto ID business
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-tasks.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Excel, PPT, Word)
Skillful in preparing and presenting daily, weekly & monthly sales forecast and reports.
Be willing to travel for Demos / POC within KSA
Point Of Sale (POS) software / AUTO ID knowledge will be an advantage
BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
HP POS Knowledge will be an added advantage –
