Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and experienced B2B Sales Executive who can identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and convert them into long-term clients. The ideal candidate should have experience selling services in the localization, AI data, BPO, or IT services industry.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire recent B2B clients globally.

Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, networking, and industry events.

Build and maintain robust relationships with decision-makers.

Present Scriptoniq's language and AI data services to potential clients.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project delivery.





Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

3+ years of B2B sales experience in Localization, Translation, AI Data Services, IT Services, or BPO.

Proven track record of generating new business.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Experience

Selling Translation, Transcription, Localization, Data Annotation, AI Training Data, or Linguistic Services.

Existing network within localization agencies, AI companies, or enterprise clients.

Experience handling international clients.
