Deliver warm, personalised client service on the floor

Assist customers with styling and product selection

Build long-term relationships with clients

Keep the store organised, stocked, and visually sharp





Support billing processes and basic operational tasks

Support team sales targets through active selling What we’re looking for

Previous experience in fashion retail, lifestyle brands, or customer-facing service roles preferred

Robust understanding of styling, fit, and how to guide customers based on their preferences

Natural ability to build conversation and make clients feel comfortable A genuine interest in fashion, street culture, and personal style

Comfortable working a retail schedule, including weekends and peak hours
