Job Summary

Shaakya Polimer Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to promote our range of PVC pipes, generate new business, strengthen dealer/distributor relationships, and achieve sales targets through regular market visits.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily market visits to generate leads and increase sales.
Appoint and maintain dealers, distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
Identify current customers and business prospects.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Collect market intelligence and competitor information.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and payment collection.
Submit daily visit reports (DVR) and sales updates.

Requirements




1–3 years of sales experience in PVC Pipes, CPVC, UPVC, HDPE, SWR, Plumbing, or related pipe products.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.
Willingness to travel extensively for market visits.
