Sales Executive – The Band Company

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Performance Incentives

We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Executive to help us grow our client base and deliver memorable events.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable live music packages.
Prepare quotations and assist clients throughout the booking process.
Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.




Coordinate with the operations team for smooth event execution.
Build relationships with event planners, villas, resorts, cafés, and corporate clients.
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is preferred.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and email.
Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
Previous experience in sales or customer support is an advantage.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
