In addition to equipment sales, Z-Axis Solutions provides service for angular heads and live tool holders, ensuring reliable operation and minimal downtime for customers. Role Description The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales activities, managing key accounts, and developing new business opportunities for Z-Axis Solutions’ portfolio of industrial tools and equipment. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with customers, understanding technical requirements, preparing quotations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service support.

The role also involves planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts.



This is a full time, on-site role based in Coimbatore, requiring close collaboration with the operations and service teams to maintain solid customer relationships.

Qualifications
Solid sales, account management, and business development skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors, preferably with tooling, machining, or precision measurement equipment.
Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical products in a clear and confident manner.
Proficiency in basic office software, CRM tools, and sales reporting; comfort with data analysis to track performance and identify opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in industrial sales.
Proactive problem-solving abilities, strong organizational skills, and a structured approach to managing multiple leads and projects.
Willingness to travel locally and regionally to visit customer sites and attend industry events as needed.
