Looking to bring on two SDRs to help build out outbound for a digital agency doing web design, development, and performance marketing work. This is on-site in Mohali, and prior agency experience is a must.
One person would focus on web design, web development, and software project leads, basically finding businesses and founders who need a site built, redesigned, or a custom software project delivered. The other would focus on monthly retainer clients, covering SEO, Google Ads, GEO, AEO, and AI visibility work, so finding businesses that want ongoing support getting found and staying found as search shifts toward AI.
Looking for someone who has already worked in an agency setup and understands how outbound works in that setting. High volume outbound across LinkedIn and email, robust written English, and comfortable prospecting and qualifying leads on your own without much hand holding. CRM and outreach tool experience is a plus.
