We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to increase hotel revenue through corporate sales, travel agent partnerships, group bookings, events, and guest acquisition. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain robust client relationships, identify new business prospects, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize hotel occupancy and revenue.
Generate business from corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and event organizers.
Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and hotel presentations.
Negotiate contracts and rates with corporate accounts and travel partners.
Manage group bookings, conferences, weddings, and other events.




Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and revenue projections.
Coordinate with the reservations, front office, and operations teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
