Nine shows, thousands of exhibitors, one question we now want answered with data: who should be exhibiting with us again — and why aren't they?

We are creating a new role at the centre of our sales engine. You will own the account universe across 18+ years of exhibitor data, build the single source of truth our sales teams sell from, and run the analytics behind a major retention and win-back programme adopted at board level. You will work directly with the Director of Sales and the Chairman's office, with up-to-date AI tooling as a core part of the job — we use it daily and expect you to.

You will:
Own CRM data quality: deduplication, account merging, canonical naming across HubSpot and legacy records




Produce the quarterly lapsed-account and win-back lists every sales vertical works from
Track retention, second-edition conversion, and campaign performance against control groups
Maintain rate governance data (realised rates, floors) for our commercial programmes
Build dashboards and briefs that leadership actually uses — clarity over volume

You bring:
2–5 years in revenue operations, sales analytics, CRM administration, or similar
Solid Excel/Google Sheets; HubSpot (or comparable CRM) experience preferred
Comfort with messy real-world data and the persistence to make it clean
Working fluency with AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude/Perplexity) for analysis — or the appetite to get there quick
A sceptic's eye: you check totals before you present them.
