Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Business Development Intern role based in Lucknow. The intern will support daily sales activities, including engaging with prospective and existing customers, presenting product offerings, and assisting in closing sales.

Responsibilities include maintaining customer records, responding to inquiries, and providing timely support to enhance customer satisfaction. The intern will help identify recent business prospects, participate in local marketing and promotional initiatives, and contribute to sales reports and performance tracking.



The role also involves collaborating with senior team members to learn sales best practices and improve outreach strategies. Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients and addressing inquiries.

Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead generation, conversion, and basic pipeline tracking.

Candidates should possess Training-related skills to absorb new product knowledge quickly and apply guidance from senior team members.

Relevant skills such as basic data entry, MS Excel or Google Sheets, and familiarity with online retail or e-commerce platforms are beneficial.

Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, maintain a professional demeanor, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Pursuing or having completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
