: Role overview We are seeking a seasoned SAP ABAP CRM Technical Consultant to design, develop, and support custom solutions across SAP CRM. The role focuses on Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Object-Oriented ABAP, Workflows, and OData services. You will collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with best practices. Experience with Trade Promotion Management (TPM) is a solid plus.

Required skills and experience

6 Years- 12 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development with significant exposure to SAP CRM.

Forms: SAPscript, Smart Forms, Adobe Interactive Forms; print program logic and output determination.

Reports: Classical and ALV (including OO ALV), interactive reporting, and performance optimization.

Interfaces: ALE/IDoc configuration and extensions, BAPI/RFC development, integration error analysis and reprocessing.

Conversions: LSMW, BDC, data mapping, staging, and reconciliation.





Enhancements: User Exits, BAdIs, Enhancement Spots, Enhancement Framework best practices.

Object-Oriented ABAP: class design, exception classes, design patterns.

Workflows: development and configuration for CRM objects (events, rules, agent determination, PPF integration where relevant).

OData: SAP OData/Gateway framework, service creation and implementation in Eclipse/ABAP Development Tools and SAP Web IDE; security and role-based access; Gateway monitoring (/IWFND/ERRORLOG, /IWBEP/ERRORLOG).

Development lifecycle: CTS transports, versioning, code review, and documentation.

Robust debugging and problem-solving skills; ability to translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
