Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our admissions and sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student enrollments, managing the sales team, achieving revenue targets, and developing effective sales strategies to grow the business.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Lead, train, and motivate the sales/admission counseling team.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase student enrollments.
Monitor daily sales activities, lead conversions, and team performance.
Handle key student inquiries and resolve escalated customer concerns.
Conduct regular sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
Generate and manage leads from digital marketing campaigns, referrals, and events.
Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.




Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, colleges, and corporate partners.
Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the admission process.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify recent business opportunities.

Required Skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Candidate
Experience in EdTech, training institutes, or education sales
Experience managing a team of counselors or sales executives
MBA in Marketing, HR, or Business Administration preferred

Salary As per company standards + Attractive Incentives + Performance Bonus
