Account & Contact Research: Deep-dive into target industries to identify ideal accounts. Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar tools to map out key stakeholders and decision-makers within those organizations.

Data Enrichment & Hygiene: Find, verify, and enrich contact profiles with accurate phone numbers, direct dials, and corporate email addresses. Ensure all data entered into our CRM is clean and up-to-date.

SDR Coordination: Partner closely with assigned SDRs to understand their specific account lists, align on buyer personas, and seamlessly hand off enriched data for calling campaigns.

Data Iteration & Deep Dives: Actively monitor pipeline feedback. If an account or contact requires deeper investigation or a refresh, you will revisit the account to unearth secondary contacts, alternative phone numbers, or updated titles. Multi-Channel Outreach: Own the initial digital touchpoints by using email and other communication apps to connect with prospects, while coordinating timelines so SDRs can execute targeted follow-up phone calls.

Required Qualifications & Skills Sourcing Expertise: Proven experience using LinkedIn (specifically Sales Navigator)



and up-to-date data enrichment tools to find contact information.

CRM Familiarity: Experience working with modern CRM platforms (like Salesforce or HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.

Data Accuracy: A meticulous eye for detail—you care deeply about data quality, proper spelling, and validating emails before they hit an inbox.

Collaboration: Robust communication skills to effectively sync with a quick-paced SDR team and adapt quickly to their feedback.

Persistence: A puzzle-solving mindset. If a contact's info isn't readily available, you enjoy the challenge of digging deeper across multiple platforms to find it.
