Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Ongole.

The Sales

Executive will engage with walk-in and referred customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable sleep products that meet their needs and budget.

Responsibilities include explaining product features and perks, handling inquiries, preparing quotations, and guiding customers through the purchase process. The role involves maintaining store displays, ensuring adequate stock levels, and updating customer records and sales reports.





The Sales

Executive will also support promotional activities, build lasting customer relationships, and collaborate with the local team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications Experience in retail or direct sales, preferably in consumer goods, furniture, or lifestyle products.

Robust communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and build trust.

Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and common office software for handling billing, reports, and customer data.

Ability to work in office in Ongole, including weekends or peak business hours as required.

Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets and collaborate with team members.

High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.

Fluency in local language and working proficiency in English will be beneficial.
