About the Role:

As a Telecaller Relationship Manager, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your role is to connect with clients over calls, explain various loan products, generate leads, and guide them through the loan application process while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads for loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, LAP, Car Loan, etc.).
Explain product details, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and process flow over the phone.
Understand the customer’s financial needs and suggest suitable loan options.
Collect, verify, and update customer information in the system.
Schedule meetings/appointments for field sales teams if required.
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for application updates and approvals.




Follow up with clients to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursal.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead generation and sales conversion targets.
Maintain good customer relations to encourage repeat and referral business.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports of calls, leads, and conversions.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
Target-oriented, with strong follow-up and closing skills.
Basic understanding of financial products and loan processes.
Valuable data entry and MS Office knowledge.

Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
0–2 years of telecalling/loan sales/financial services experience.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
