Key Responsibilities

Conduct professional software demonstrations and explain product features clearly to potential clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs.

Follow up regularly with prospects and existing clients to ensure timely communication and successful deal closure.

Generate current business opportunities through calls, WhatsApp, email, and client meetings.

Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable software solutions.

Handle client queries professionally and provide excellent customer support.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
