Experience : 4 years ( 2 years in managerial role ) car sales

Role & Responsibilites :
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Allocate leads and ensure timely customer follow-ups.
Monitor sales performance, CRM updates, and test drives.
Support the team in customer handling, negotiations, and deal closures.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth vehicle deliveries.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and submit regular sales reports.
