Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales and Marketing Intern role based in Bengaluru. The intern will support sales and marketing activities, including identifying potential clients, assisting with lead generation, and participating in outreach campaigns. Daily tasks include communicating with prospects, coordinating follow-ups, and helping prepare presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.

The role also involves collaborating with the sales team to understand client requirements, maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools,



and contributing to promotional initiatives for Li-Mat Soft Solutions’ technology services. The intern will have opportunities to learn sales processes, marketing strategies, and customer engagement best practices while working closely with experienced professionals.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.

Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills and an interest in Sales Management to support lead generation and account growth.

Candidates should possess the ability to assist in Training-related activities, such as preparing materials and supporting product demonstrations.

Candidates should possess basic understanding of marketing concepts and digital channels, with enthusiasm to learn IT services and solutions.

Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment are beneficial.

Comfort with MS Office tools and willingness to learn CRM or sales software is an advantage.
