Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Subject Matter Expert (Manager) – Dairy Technology to lead the development and commercialization of

High Protein Milk, Protein Shakes, RTD beverages, and functional dairy products

. The role involves formulation development, process optimization, pilot trials, scale-up, and technology transfer to manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize formulations for high-protein dairy beverages and functional dairy products.
Work with dairy proteins (MPC, WPC, WPI, caseinates), stabilizers, emulsifiers, and functional ingredients.
Optimize UHT processing, homogenization, and product stability.
Troubleshoot issues related to protein sedimentation, phase separation, viscosity, and heat stability.
Execute pilot and commercial trials, scale-up,



technology transfer, and shelf-life studies.
Collaborate with QA, Regulatory, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Marketing teams to ensure successful product commercialization.

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification:

M.Tech/M.Sc. in Dairy Technology or Food Technology.
Experience:

4–8 years in Dairy Beverage R&D; or Product Development.
Robust expertise in dairy proteins, beverage stabilization, and UHT processing.
Proven experience in launching dairy beverages from concept to commercialization.
Experience in the dairy, nutrition, or functional beverage industry will be preferred.
