Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales – Windows role based in Hyderabad. The Sales professional will focus on promoting and selling customized window solutions to residential and commercial clients, guiding them from initial inquiry through final order confirmation. Day-to-day tasks include meeting prospective customers, understanding design and functional requirements, preparing quotations, and explaining product features, materials, and customization options.

The role involves coordinating with design, production, and installation teams to ensure accurate specifications and timely delivery,



as well as maintaining updated product knowledge and market awareness. The individual will also manage follow-ups, build long-term client relationships, and contribute to achieving sales targets while representing mad over metal’s premium brand image. Qualifications

Solid understanding of system aluminium window systems.

Solid Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to address customer queries or issues related to window solutions and associated systems.

Knowledge of Infrastructure concepts, especially as they relate to installation environments and integration of window systems within residential or commercial spaces.

Effective communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

Experience in luxury interiors, architecture, building materials, or related fields is an advantage.

Comfort working on-site in Hyderabad, with willingness to visit client locations as needed.

Organized, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously.

Relevant diploma or degree in business, design, architecture, engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
