B2B Sales & Retail Sales Executive

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Retail Sales, or Business Development.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in B2B and Retail Sales. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing current business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering excellent customer service in a retail environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesB2B Sales
Generate recent business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, networking, and referrals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
Conduct product presentations and understand customer business requirements.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate pricing and contracts.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into long-term customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and customer databases.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Retail Sales
Assist customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.
Demonstrate product features and explain benefits effectively.
Meet daily and monthly retail sales targets.
Handle billing, payments, exchanges, and returns accurately.
Maintain product displays, merchandising standards, and store cleanliness.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Promote current products, offers, and loyalty programs.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
