Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Representative role based in Ghaziabad. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, following up on leads, and building solid relationships with existing customers to drive sales of industrial springs, seals, and allied products. Daily responsibilities include presenting product features and benefits, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and coordinating order follow-ups with internal teams.

The representative will support marketing activities such as market research, competitor analysis, participation in trade events, and implementation of promotional campaigns.



The role also includes providing basic product training and support to customers, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.

Qualifications Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to generate leads, close deals, and support promotional activities.

Candidates should possess Training skills to explain product features, usage, and perks to customers and team members.

Candidates should have good knowledge of industrial or manufacturing sectors, preferably in springs, seals, or related products.

Candidates should be proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) and comfortable maintaining sales records and reports.

Candidates should demonstrate strong negotiation abilities, goal orientation, and the capacity to work independently in an on-site environment.

A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
