Role Description The Sales Executive role at Kidonest is a full time, on-site position based in Iritty.

The Sales

Executive will engage directly with customers, provide product information, assist with selections, and ensure a welcoming in-store experience. Daily responsibilities include meeting sales targets, managing customer inquiries and feedback, handling billing and basic inventory checks, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. The role also involves supporting promotional activities, collecting customer insights,



and coordinating with store management to improve store performance and service quality.

Qualifications

Strong retail sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Basic merchandising and store operations skills, including product presentation, stock awareness, and attention to store cleanliness and organization.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with parents, caregivers, and children.

Ability to work in a rapid-paced retail environment, manage time well, and meet individual and store sales targets.

Comfort using point-of-sale systems and handling cash and digital transactions accurately.

Prior experience in apparel, kidswear, or baby products retail is an advantage.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or retail management is a plus.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons as required by retail operations.
