Location: Pan India participants have to come to Mumbai for training. We have requirements in Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kerala, Kochi, Thrissur and Delhi.

Program Structure

Phase 1: Classroom Training (4 Days | Navi Mumbai)
Company, healthcare industry & genomics diagnostics overview
Product portfolio & molecular diagnostic solutions
Healthcare sales training, doctor interaction & pitching skills
Grooming & field-readiness sessions




Product-based and final evaluation assessments

Phase 2: On-Field Training (For candidates shortlisted after Phase 1)
Hospital & diagnostic centre visits
Doctor meetings and real client interactions
Territory management & field execution alongside Regional Sales Managers
Real-time healthcare sales exposure

Notes

Note 1: Candidates not shortlisted after Phase 1 will conclude the program after the Classroom training. Note 3: Participants who can relocate pan India are preferred. Participants are requested to arrange their own stay and accommodation.
