We're Hiring! Salesforce Administrator

INSPYR Global Solutions is looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team in support of one of our valued clients. If you're passionate about optimizing Salesforce, solving complex business challenges, and supporting enterprise users, we'd love to hear from you!

Location: Remote (India)

Duration:12+ Month Contract

Experience Required: 5–7 Years

Work Schedule: US EST Shift
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST, or
11:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST

Required Certification
Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator

Preferred Certifications
Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant

Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform.
Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
Configure Salesforce security and support user access.
Troubleshoot platform issues and provide end-user support.
Perform data management activities including imports, exports, and data quality maintenance.




Collaborate with stakeholders to implement enhancements and support business processes.
Follow change management and deployment best practices.

Required Skills
Strong Salesforce Administration experience.
Deep understanding of Salesforce Security Model.
User administration and access management.
Experience with data management and relational datasets.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced workplace.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
