Key Responsibilities:
Understanding the field research activities.
Planning field research as per the outcome required/Objectives identified.
Interacting with relevant people during field research to derive responses.
Assist in formulating and reviewing research reports pertaining to team activities.
Compile, analyse data points and create detailed reports of findings
Simplify findings into presentations
Implement tests of processes, policies, and protocols
Recommend changes and improvements based on research findings
Write reports, white papers, and other published documents
Help and assist Senior Analysts in data analysis.

Desired Skills & Experience
Fieldwork research experience in any sector either rural or urban or both
Should be comfortable to speak with strangers
Should be comfortable in new situation and places




Strong documentation skills
Must be valuable in spoken and written English
Must be good in regional language Hindi and Kannada
