Role Description The Sales Officer role is a full time, on-site position based in Tiruppur.

The Sales

Officer is responsible for identifying and converting sales opportunities for Bajaj Finserv's products, managing customer interactions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily activities include prospecting and lead generation, explaining product features and benefits, supporting channel partners, and handling basic sales operations such as documentation and follow-ups. The role also involves meeting assigned sales targets,



maintaining accurate records in internal systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and customer experience.

Qualifications - Strong Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term relationships.
Lead Generation and Sales Operations skills to identify prospects, manage pipelines, and complete sales processes efficiently.
Excellent Communication skills for product presentations, negotiations, and coordination with internal teams.
Experience or familiarity with Channel Sales to support and manage partner networks.
Basic understanding of financial products, preferably in lending, insurance, or related services.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in local language and working knowledge of English; comfort with using digital tools and CRM systems.
Graduate degree in any discipline; prior experience in sales or financial services is an advantage.
